California Association of Realtors Expo and Borders Book Signing

These next two weeks will be full of activity. On Wednesday, October 15 and Thursday, October 16, I’m speaking at the California Association of Realtors Expo. The event is described on the California Association of Realtor’s website as follows:

“CALIFORNIA REALTOR® EXPO 2008, the state's largest real estate trade show, draws thousands of California's key franchise executives, top producers, and movers and shakers every year for educational, networking, and professional development opportunities.”

The educational session that I’ll be teaching is called, “Keys to Successful Negotiating.”

A timely topic, wouldn’t you say? With the turbulent real estate market, our negotiation skills are being put to the test. Buyers aren’t sure whether the price is right, seller’s are feeling the effects of a soft market, and I’ll be there to provide real estate professionals the tools to navigate through these challenging times.

The week after, on Wednesday, October 22, I’ll be at Borders, in the Century City shopping center, where I’ll have my third book signing. The event will begin at 7:00 p.m. and will be open to everyone. It’s been such a rewarding experience to hear people say how my book has affected their lives.
