Holistic Success Show Interview

I spent the afternoon in front of the cameras today.

Dr. Robert Puff & Elizabeth Lozano, M.A. are two amazing therapists who are launching a web-based TV program in November called the Holistic Success Show. As the name says, it's all about holistic health, which is an area of expertise for both of them. I was their guest, and I provided my take on how to achieve success in multiple areas of one's life: motherhood, career, marriage, daughterhood, and friendship.

It's easy to be really good at one or two of these, but tricky to do all of them well. In the interview I shared about my upcoming book that covers the themes in today's interview.

Elizabeth Lozano was a consummate host, and I really felt at ease by her side. And it was a pleasure to meet Dr. Puff, who is one the top therapists in the US. Both clearly practice what they preach.
